I was pleasantly wowed. This author has an incredible way with words that very quickly sucks the reader into the surroundings and story. Once I started, it was impossible to put down. This story is a great read, and I look forward to reading more from this author.

The story pulls you in and keeps you going. The characters are intriguing and made me want to learn what happens to them. There were many times when the plot turned into something that I had not anticipated. There are thriller, supernatural, and religious elements, and themes of guilt and redemption. The ending was not what I expected, which is always something I enjoy in a story. I look forward to reading more from the author.
